Method, before the numbers

Every price states where the quote came from, how many suppliers stand behind it and the date it was observed. A single quotation is called a quotation, never a market price; a handful from one or two suppliers is called what it is, never an index. A range is stated only once at least 3 quotations from 2 suppliers back it.
