How this record was put together

Three facts from one AfDB appraisal report about one programme. Filed under Somalia because the programme spans five federal member states. PLAN-009 cites UA 55.80 million of additional financing, but the stored extract of the report does not show that figure, so no value is recorded. The Galkayo to Xarfo section (PLAN-006) has its own record because a second source describes it.

Figures are as the sources state them, with the dates they give. A correction or a newer source: tell the desk.
