A summary in the desk’s own words, not the notice’s. The notice itself governs.

How to bid

The desk does not take bids or applications, and it does not hold the documents. Everything a bidder or an applicant needs, the scope, the bid security, the forms, the submission address and the deadline to the hour, is in the notice the issuing body published. The desk is writing this entry up in full.

Found on a listings board; the notice was read and its link checked before it was listed.

If something here is wrong

The notice governs, not this page. Where the two disagree, the notice is right, and the desk wants to know: tell the desk and the entry is corrected or taken down the same day. An entry is also taken down at the request of the body that issued it.
